Buy the full-scalp pack only after your hairline test shows a result. Full-scalp coverage uses up to 100 pumps per session, which means roughly ≈ 30 mL / month. Test on the hairline first — once you see change in the mirror, scale up with confidence.

Take Your Day 0 Photo — Before You Apply Anything第一次涂之前，先拍一张 Day 0 照片
The Day 0 photo is the single most important step of the whole routine. Without it, you have nothing to compare against — and four weeks later, you will not be able to tell yourself whether anything actually changed.
Day 0 照片是整个仪式中最重要的一步。如果没有它，你就没有任何「对照基线」——四周之后，你自己也无法判断到底有没有变化。
Five rules that make Day 0 a real baseline:

- Same lighting. Stand in the same spot — preferably at a window in daylight, not under shifting indoor lamps.同光线。站在同一个位置——最好是窗边日光下，避免室内灯光不稳定。
- Same angle. Front-on, mirror-level, hairline visible. Mark the camera position with a small piece of tape if you need to.同角度。正面、与镜面齐平、发际线完全露出。需要的话用小块胶带在地上标记拍照位置。
- Same time of day. Morning, before any styling product. Hair behaves differently at 8am vs 8pm.同时段。建议晨起、未上任何造型品。早 8 点和晚 8 点的发型状态是不一样的。
- Dry, parted hair. Towel-dry; part the hair to expose the hairline. Wet hair flatters everything and makes comparison meaningless.干发、分缝。毛巾擦干；分缝露出发际线。湿发会让一切看起来更顺，导致后续对比失效。

After Day 0, repeat the same photo at Day 15 · Day 30 · Day 45 · Day 60. Same lighting, same angle, same time of day. Place them side by side at Day 60 — that is the moment your own mirror tells you the truth.
